Even though I have not taken HRT yet,
is it safe to take Phytoestrogens I happen to see at Vitamin Shoppe?
I'm aware that these are not real female hormones and they may not be as strong, but I was just curious if they at least in the meantime make my body a bit more femme (as a form of pre-HRT supplement) prior to taking HRT by Spring. Are there any noticable changes when these OTCs are taken or side effects.

"Herbal Hormones are intentionally not listed here because our users have complained that they do not work. In addition some users have had heart attacks and strokes from certain feminizing non-prescription hormone pills marketed to the Transgendered. Be aware that herbal medications are not FDA approved. In addition none of these pills has been tested against other prescription medications that you may be taking or other health conditions you may have. Out of 5.5 million users here not one reported any significant growth with herbal medications or breast creams. If you wish to feminize please see your doctor for legal prescription hormones."
